Experience the ancient Vedic practices of Ayurveda, Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation. Heal with the magic of nature and Autumn in sunny Portugal at The Shanti Space, a beautiful Quinta set in a forest bordering a national park, just 30 minutes from Lisbon.
Through an Ayurvedic cleanse and week-long immersion in Vedic Wisdom practices, we support you not only on a journey of healing, surrender and growth, but also to equip you with tools and practices that you can incorporate into your daily life to return home refreshed, fulfilled and inspired.

An Ayurvedic cleanse to balance your inner and outer worlds.
Vedic practices teach us how to live at one with nature, how to understand our unique constitution and needs and how to live our life with purpose, connection and gratitude. With the transition into Autumn, we will draw upon this energy to slow down, release and surrender and prepare our bodies and minds to best equip ourselves for the colder months.
Over 6 days, we will reset and nourish our bodies with an Ayurvedic cleanse, learn the art of self-healing with daily rituals (Dinacharya), move and invigorate our bodies through Yoga and Pranayama and bring balance and connection to our true selves with daily meditation.

Meet Faaria, your facilitator
Hi! I’m Faaria. I’m an Ayurvedic Practitioner and certified Yoga teacher, and through my learnings and experiences with Yoga and Ayurveda over the last decade, I’ve been able to heal myself naturally from chronic illness and manage and optimise my mental and physical health in a curative and holistic way.

My purpose with OJAS is to share the power of ancient Vedic practices to empower you to live your best life, naturally. I help treat and manage issues related to digestion, sleep, women's health, inflammation, stress & burnout using sustainable lifestyle practices. I offer a safe, nurturing and invigorating practice so that you can live in optimum health where the mind, body, and soul thrive together in harmony.
